The concept of the thesis is to promote Football (soccer) in the country by using Futsal (5 a side football that can be played on a basketball size pitch).
The idea of the event is to have a competition between 16 public schools (excluding Pateros) representing each municipalities that will run for the whole school year to spear head the campaign of promoting the actual sport and its rich history that roots back from the Spanish regime.
